In this episode of The Deep End Podcast I chat with Kate McKevitt.

Katie, like many others, found herself swimming due to injury. As a runner she eventually suffered from a hip fracture and swimming - her least favourite sport - became her rehab option.

Out of the pool Katie leads an active life. She discusses her role as a fitness instructor teaching Spin classes in high altitude training facilities, also her intensive Yoga Teacher training experience. Kate is also a life guard and manager at Prahran & Harold Holt pools.

Katie studied and qualified to become a Lawyer however after traveling as part of her study to France and USA she decided the Law was not for her.

She talks about her perception of Australia in comparison to NZ and her love of her home country.

Now Katie brings her passion for life to others by being connected and helping others achieve their goals.
